These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on lapluieparis.fr. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, as our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur. These variations are not considered defects but a mark of artisanal quality.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR (€). Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once your order is confirmed, the price will remain fixed.

3. Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, especially in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Stock unavailability

  • Errors in pricing or product details

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Other secure payment gateways offered at checkout

All payments are processed securely. La Pluie Handcrafted does not store your payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. We aim to dispatch your order within the stated processing time. Delivery delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@lapluieparis.fr, with photos of the issue. We’ll happily replace or refund it as appropriate.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (product names, logos, images, designs, etc.) is the intellectual property of La Pluie Handcrafted and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

La Pluie Handcrafted is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Always follow candle safety instructions provided with your order.
